RocketCar Productionsworked in conjunction with Surfin' Bird Digital on the production of this 4 minute love story.

We were fortunate to have access to the blue-screen stage at the Digital Media Factory in Santa Cruz, to give our micro-film a macro-look. (Thanks, DMF!)

My intent was that we would NOT simply 'film a joke with a punchline', or go for an 'O. Henry twist' right at the end, but that we'd try our best to write a real story with an arc that came in at 4 minutes or less.

Jennifer's (Jennifer Kinion - L) late husband (Bruce Burns - M) isn't happy about her new man (Jeff Dinnell - R)... his best friend.

A little supernatural mischief might take the wind out of his sails...

Jennifer pleads with Bruce to finally let her go.

Bruce realizes it's time to let her move on and start a new life.
